The hot tub is an added bonus especially on those chilly nights!!!  The ONLY drawback, is if it's bad weather, especially snow and ice and slush, you need a four-wheel drive to get up the driveway and the private road.  Management is super responsive about getting a sand truck or a plow up there, but they have no control over the private road that leads you there.  We have a van that is 9,000 lb and front wheel drive and we couldn't make it up the road to get to the private driveway, so keep that in mind when booking this for the winter seasons which can last from November through April. When this happened before our family Thanksgiving, we contacted management, and they sent someone right up there as soon as they could to gravel the road to make it accessible, but we still had to plow through the roads to get to the driveway. SUPER AWESOME HOSTS!" (10/5)
