Cozy T Cabin at Powderhouse Pass

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a full house with 3 grown adults and 9 teenagers. You would think we would have been constantly stepping on each other's toes, but that was not the case at all. We had plenty of space to have everyone together, or retreat to a quiet space if needed. It was a short drive to Deadwood for anyone that wanted to explore some nightlife or get away for the the day. The younger teens had a lot of fun at the clubhouse playing pool and swimming. We drove them, but it would have been a short enough walk if they had to. The Powderhouse Pass neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We (respectfully) made plenty of noise, but the spacing of the properties allowed us to have fun without having to stress about bothering anybody. The host was very helpful and very responsive. We will likely be back to the area and would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The home was beautiful and even better than expected…spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our large family, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. It was a great setup for both adults and kids. The downstairs living room was perfect for the kids to play and watch TV, while adults hung out upstairs. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the property was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Tracy was an outstanding host! Very responsive to all of our questions and extremely accommodating to our needs. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay, especially for larger groups or families. We’re already hoping we get the chance to come back again!

We had three families and the house was more than accommodating for us. Lot's of room, plenty of sleep space, plenty of dishes, etc. We had a place fall through the day before our vacation, and this location got us in the day before, had excellent communication, and was so easy to work with.
