Great place in historic building downtown. We were there on a weekend so parking on the street was not an issue. Stairs could be a challenge for some but we found them to be a non-issue. Very quiet even being in the middle of downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Absolutely great location from which to experience Spearfish! So fun to walk to shops and restaurants. Tracy was really easy to deal with and helpful! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great historic apt right on Main Street with lots of character, comfy and clean. Only note is that unfortunately there’s not a designated parking spot- due to the street parking limitations, I had to park in a public lot about a block away and behind some businesses, which made me a bit uncomfortable not being able to have my vehicle nearby or in a secured area. Otherwise great spot.

The loft was spotless and even larger than we anticipated. My family of 4 had plenty of space to move around. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Walking distance to coffee shops, shopping, and a grocery store. I thought overnight parking in the public lot would be a pain, but it was literally a 1 minute walk. Great property, would stay again!

Nice place right downtown. Loved the fireplace on the corner of the street. Nice apartment overlooking downtown. A few street racers and loud drivers. But to be expected downtown. Good kitchen and amenities. We kept smelling cigarette smoke in the hall way couldn’t figure it out.

Great headquarters for exploring the northern hills. Hike during the day, Great food and drinks at night. We love Spearfish, and this spot is an excellent option to relax. It's a historic building and has that charm, but with modern amenities. It was unseasonably warm, but the air conditioning did its job, especially in the bedroom.

They were so beautiful, we couldn’t cover them up! Available by text, message, and phone if you need anything. Every Friday Night in June, July, and August, there is a street festival on Main Street that includes food vendors, a beer garden, and live music that runs from 4pm-9pm. This event is a community favorite and we are SURE that you'll enjoy it if you have time to take it in!

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn't exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Cancellation policy

This property follows Trailhound Cabin Co’s standard cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Trailhound Cabin Co will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Trailhound Cabin Co will match it.
