This charming apartment is newly renovated on the second floor of a historic building in the heart of Downtown Spearfish. Located within walking distance of all the fine restaurants, bars, retailers, Spearfish Brewing, and beautiful Spearfish Creek. This is your very own private apartment. There is a hallway shared with another apartment, but the space is all yours! We are social people and are happy to answer any questions you have about our community. If you need anything, let us know. We will always let you reach out first as we want to respect your space as you travel! Every Friday Night in June, July, and August, there is a street festival on Main Street that includes food vendors, a beer garden, and live music that runs from 4pm-9pm. This event is a community favorite and we are SURE that you'll enjoy it if you have time to take it in!

Nice little loft downtown, loved the location on Main St. The historic aspect of the location also made it fun.
This apartment is perfect for out-of town guests. They can walk to all the amenities in downtown Spearfish, including city park. In addition to the convenient location the apartment is nice and comfortable. Will certainly book again.

Fabulous location and wonderful space. Local shops, food and coffee within walking distance make for a wonderful trip.. The space is perfect for couples, fully stocked kitchen amenities are appreciated. Super responsive host!
Everything was as described and it was in a great location. We enjoyed our time in Spearfish.
For my return trip via Spearfish I rebooked the same airBnB, although not the same room. As in my outbound stay, this location in the center of Spearfish downtown is unbeatable and the room was spacious and conspicuously clean. If you staying more than overnight, you might be aware that the West apartment is an inner room with limited outside views compared to the East apartment. Still, it's hard to beat for location and super-responsive host.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Trailhound Cabin Co will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
