This place house is huge! 5 King Bedrooms, a Family room, a Formal Dining Room a Professional Kitchen and a park like setting. For an additional Fee you can rent the top floor which is an additional 3 queen beds and a full bathroom. Also!!! Ask about renting the 2 bed room, 1 bath Carriage House next door. You can sleep 20 people on Property! Bring your Family or Family Reunion! Heck have your wedding here! This Newly Remodeled Victorian features 5 King Bedrooms with 2.5 Bath Rooms. The master with en-suite is located on the first level. The other 4 Bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and share a large bathroom. Enjoy sitting on the small balcony with a view of Lookout Mountain. The kitchen is large and accommodating. Enjoy making a large meal for your entire group. There is another table setting for 8 to make a total dining capacity of 16. Watch a game of movie in the media/family room that leads to the back patio. Enjoy tons of natural light while sitting in the front living/dinner rooms. Spend the evening watching the sun set in a rocking chair on the front porch. There is no other experience like this in Spearfish. The 3rd level can be rented for an extra fee and has 3 Queen Beds and an attached Bathroom with shower. The neighboring 2 bedroom, 1 Bath with full Kitchen. “Carriage House”. Is also available for rent. Please ask for details. The entire property can sleep 20 guests! Guest can Park in the front or back and access from both entry points. My interaction with you will be minimal unless you need something urgent. I’m usually in town to help. Located Downtown Spearfish close to all amenities. Walk to the grocery store, breweries, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The city park is a nice walk or ride away. The neighbor is quite at night and we are you to be courteous of you awesome neighborhood. There are 4 parking Spots on property up front as well as on many street parking and 2 parking spots in Back on Property. The door in front is a digital lock.
