Beautiful home that easily accommodated our large family for a Christmas get together. The game shed was a great bonus to keep kids, teens and adults busy. Area is absolutely stunning with gorgeous views from the kitchen and living room windows.
Fabulous experience. Terrific location, beautiful place. Spacious, clean, cozy. Game room and hot tub were highlights on the cool October nights.
Excellent for large groups with variable bed configurations spread across 7 bedrooms. Generous great room with big windows and comfortable seating for all. Kitchen well stocked with “William Sonoma” level appliances, cookware and dinnerware. Spacious laundry on same level as 5 of the bedrooms. Spacious uncluttered garage that accommodates 2- car parking and a second fridge for groceries. Multiple outdoor entertaining areas with large hot tub, covered grill station and party lights. Only 2 negatives: The fireplace was broken which we weren’t told about before arrival ( would have saved us time & frustration rereading instructions) and this large 2-story home has only 1 zone for HVAC, making it difficult to heat the lower floors without overheating the top floor. Would definitely rent it again for another large gathering!

Easy to work with the company managing the property. They were great. Place was perfect for extended family staying for a wedding weekend.

This is a wonderful property with a wonderful host. We stayed here with a large family group with ages ranging from babies to grandparents and it worked perfectly for us. We had everything we needed. The house was well stocked with full size soaps, detergents, laundry soap etc which we definitely appreciated. The house was exactly as advertised and was even more beautiful in person. The views were stunning. The game room was a huge hit with our group. We had hours of fun there. Location was great. Private yet very close to town, restaurants, grocery store and shops. Would definitely recommend this property. The hosts were so responsive and very welcoming and thoughtful. One of the best properties I have stayed at. 5 stars for sure!!
We recently had our family of about 20 join us from all across the country two groups had RVs and stayed in the on site RV the rest of adults and kids stayed in the beautiful house. We had an amazing time and highly recommend the home.
Our stay was perfect! Our family enjoyed all the amenities that came with the Airbnb. The game building was a hit! It was so enjoyable to see wildlife each day.

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Trailhound Cabin Co will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
