Spacious uncluttered garage that accommodates 2- car parking and a second fridge for groceries. Multiple outdoor entertaining areas with large hot tub, covered grill station and party lights. Only 2 negatives: The fireplace was broken which we weren’t told about before arrival ( would have saved us time & frustration rereading instructions) and this large 2-story home has only 1 zone for HVAC, making it difficult to heat the lower floors without overheating the top floor.  Would definitely rent it again for another large gathering!" (8/5)
