Main Escape of Downtown Deadwood

Awesome spot! Close to downtown but quiet.

This Airbnb was perfect for my family of eight. Every question I had was promptly answered. The location was ideal as it was nestled in a quiet area, but yet not too far from downtown. The home was clean. They provided all the necessities we needed for a six night stay. The kitchen was well supplied for our large family. There were three designated parking spaces which fit our needs. I would definitely return to stay and will gladly recommend this home to visitors in Deadwood. Thank you to the owners in providing my family comfort and joy during our stay in your beautiful home.

Girls trip to deadwood was awesome. Loved coming home and sitting on the front porch! Plenty of space for a good size group.

My husband and I, two adult children, and their spouses stayed 3 nights at this wonderful house. We loved how clean and well-appointed it was. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate (and beautiful). The bonus of the location was our ability to walk two blocks to the Casinos. Great food at the Maverick and very unique shopping at the many boutiques (loved The Peacock). Also, we had three designated parking spots. We did not have to look for parking in busy Deadwood. We had planned to do some sightseeing and shopping in Rapid City for Black Friday. However, it snowed about four inches. We decided to stay put. We found a lot to do in Deadwood and enjoyed every minute of our time there. I highly recommend staying here. You will love it!

the traffic behind the house at night was too loud for me. which they have no control over. furniture set up for the dining room and living room was not accommodating for the one t.v we had. there was a tv. in the kitchen but didn't have a signal. otherwise responses were guick, nice to be able to walk downtown and not have to find a parking spot. everything went great

Really liked the location.

Our stay at Franks place was for a 50th birthday and a 21st birthday family celebration. The kitchen was a dream and we had everything we could ask for and more. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. The 2 good sized bathrooms were well stocked and the showers were large and easy to use. The extra toilet paper was a blessing. Thank you also for not using the cheapest toilet paper. We have stayed at many homes across the United States. This home had a unique older charm that fit the town and neighborhood. Our only complaint was that there were 9 of us which is what the listing was for. However, we had to move furniture to be able to all be together. Eating could get complicated as there are only 6 stools set up at two separate counters. We spent most of our time in the kitchen area so many of us were sitting on backless stools. This home was perfect for its location to downtown. There were no concerns about drinking or parking because you could easily walk.

The Airbnb is just a block and a half from deadwood historic Main Street and other attractions. Having parking in town right at your location is a plus! The kitchen is well appointed. While it sleeps nine, there’s only seating to eat for four so keep that in mind if you aren’t planning to dine out. Since we stayed in deadwood to visit the casinos, bars, and restaurants that wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. There are two chairs in the living room, and a couch and two chairs in what used to be the dining room. If you have a larger group, it’s not really conducive for everybody hanging out together. But again I will say the number one thing about this house is the location and that’s exactly why we chose it. We did not use the attic bedrooms, which is a brilliant use of space, so I can’t speak to any of that. We were two couples into separate bedrooms with our own bathrooms, so that’s why it worked so well for us. I was staying in deadwood and not wanting to drive. I would stay here again.
