We loved our stay in Lead at the Mountain Time Cabin! It was quiet and the perfect location for the attractions on the south side of the black hills. The towels and additional throw blankets were a huge plus and my kids loved ending every day in the hot tub. The driveway is very steep and can sneak up on you as it’s not super clearly labeled at the end. Top bunk does not have a railing which as a parent I just felt is nice to know. Host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and very proactive when the fireplace gave us trouble (which just ended up being a dead battery!). Perfect spot for a family of 5 plus Grandma and Grandpa!
Beautiful and peaceful! We would absolutely recommend any travelers to stay at The Happy Place!
Very comfortable for our reunion of old friends. Loved the wild turkeys and deer. Kitchen was very accommodating.
