Pine Lodge is your perfect Black Hills getaway—2 mins from Custer State Park and steps from the Mickelson Trail.
Completely renovated in 2025, it features a 4-bedroom cabin with full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, plus a bunkhouse with 4 queen beds, kitchenette, and full bathroom. Enjoy scenic views, a wraparound deck, hot tub, and indoor/outdoor dining.
Built in 1935, our lodge has been in the family since 1941—and we’re excited to share it with you!
Our 2025-renovated property includes:
• Main Cabin: 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.
• Bunkhouse: 4 queen beds, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom—perfect for larger groups or families.
The entire cabin and bunkhouse are available to you and your guests.
We are available via direct message and text.
Comfort: All main living areas are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Please note that the two upstairs bedrooms in the cabin do not have AC units. However, the windows can be opened to enjoy the fresh mountain breeze, and temperatures typically drop significantly at night, making for cool and comfortable sleeping conditions. Every room in the cabin is equipped with heat to keep you warm and cozy during cooler weather.
Extras: We offer an RV electrical hookup for an additional fee. Early check-in is also available for an added charge, with at least 24 hours’ notice required to accommodate your request.
Please note: For groups greater than 12, a signed rental agreement and refundable deposit are required prior to check-in. This helps ensure the home is well cared for so all guests can enjoy it.

No Animal/Pet Policy
Absolutely NO animals of any kind are permitted on the property at any time.
This includes, but is not limited to: pets, emotional support animals, therapy animals, visiting animals, and animals left in vehicles or on the premises for any duration.
This policy applies to:
• Dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and all other animals
• Animals belonging to guests, visitors, or service providers
• Animals brought “just briefly” or “kept outside”
Unauthorized animals are a material breach of the rental agreement.
If an animal is discovered on the property, the following actions may be taken without refund:
• Immediate termination of the reservation
• Removal of the guest from the property
• Assessment of additional cleaning fees, damage fees, and/or odor remediation costs, which may include professional deep cleaning, allergen treatment, or loss of future rental income
Fees & Damages
• A minimum unauthorized animal fee of $500 per animal will be charged
• Guest is fully responsible for all damages, including but not limited to:
• Hair, dander, odors
• Scratches, chewing, stains
• Landscaping or exterior damage
Allergy & Safety Notice
This is a strictly animal-free property due to allergy concerns and property protection. Exceptions cannot be made for personal circumstances.

This Addendum supplements the property’s Strict No Animals / Pets Policy and applies only to legitimate service animals as defined by applicable law and platform policies.

• Therapy animals
